Shipping and Returns...

The following Shipping and Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.sharpshootersbilliardstore.com. All store purchases may only be returned to Sharp Shooters Billiards Store location of original purchase. Please contact your local store for Return Policy information.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. This email contains important shipping information. It is the customers responsibility to review this order confirmation in a timely fashion and verify the shipping address is accurate. Please contact us immediately if you find otherwise. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer however the sooner you can contact us the more we can do to help.

All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after the customers cleared payment has been confirmed.

FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates and other items marked as "Consignment", "By Owner", "Pre Owned" and/or "Clearance" are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn, unaltered, unchalked, unused, and unwashed with all tags attached. They must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

The email sent to the customer after a purchase is made will include an order number. Please Contact Us to submit a return request and include the order number. Please also specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) within the request. Please note buyer pays return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to items that are not damaged, defective, or wrong. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

Some of our products also carry a lifetime manufacturers guarantee against warpage. Please feel free to Contact Us and we can help you contact the manufacturer if your product is eligible.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking to help avoid risk of loss. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, unchalked, unused, and unwashed with all tags attached.

All claims for missing items must be made with Sharp Shooters Billiard Store within 5 days of delivery. Please note that orders consisting of more than one brand may arrive on different days if the order contains non-stock item(s). Check your email order status updates to make sure you have a shortage, not a delivery delay. If a non-stock item is being shipped with your order, it could possibly be from the manufacturer.

If an item is missing or a wrong item has been shipped due to our error, the problem will be corrected at our shipping expense. We will send out a prepaid mailing slip. If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong item or wrong type due to customer error, the customer will be liable for shipping expenses both ways in order to correct the problem. In cases where a 3rd party shipper/carrier is responsible of error the customer will be required to email us a picture of the shipping label and box that was delivered. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by any 3rd party carrier but we may be able to help facilitate the claim once we receive a picture of the label. The picture of the label has to be clear enough to read the text on it.

We do our best to describe the items and depict them in great detail, however, it is impossible for a perfect color match to be made based on differences in computer monitors vs seeing the product first hand. Colors may also vary with custom cues for makers prefer to have slight differences between their cues to set them apart.
